How it works

A claims handoff, start to finish

What actually happens once your policyholder's tow request reaches FRC.

01
Claim reference logged
Your policyholder's tow request arrives with the claim/reference number attached, so it's tied to the right file from the first call.
02
Nearest unit dispatched
The closest available truck is assigned and en route \u2014 same dispatch flow as every other job, no separate queue.
03
Recovery & secure storage
Vehicle is recovered and moved to our insurance-approved storage yard, with 24-hour assessor access.
04
Documentation returned
Photos, condition report, and job sheet are sent back referencing the original claim number \u2014 ready to attach to the file.
05
Direct billing
Invoiced straight to the approved partner account. No policyholder out-of-pocket payment, no separate reconciliation.
